We will save you and your client the time and hassle of scheduling the inspection, getting a money order, bringing the house up to code, and meeting the fire marshal to get the certificate. We guarantee the house will pass inspection or we will pay the $6o fee to have the fire marshal return.

For $125 plus the fire marshal fee and the cost of any detectors needed, we will schedule the inspection, install any detectors needed to pass, meet the fire marshal, provide the money order for the inspection fee, and deliver the certificate to your office in time for the closing.

We will also obtain any gas, oil, or water readings you may need. And best of all you can recover the cost at closing.
